Morning campers

Glastonbury is all about learning new things. At around 4am this morning, for example, I learned that my sister cannot open a tent door. Mind you, at least she got her whole body into the tent, Ian Mat.

That bloke a couple of tents up is still trying to inflate his air bed. He was doing it at 3.30 this morning, too. I'm rather worried he had done this, and nothing else for the whole festival.

Today is scorchio. The heat in the tent is as unbearable as my hair.  Sundress, two pairs of socks and wellies are all ready to go. I'm getting there. Slowly.

The camp site was rather lively last night, and as a result I woke up to sun and birdsong rather than laughter, singing or someone falling into my tent.  It's slowly waking up now, with gentle chatter filling the air and bleary eyed people lurching out of tents to stare in confusion at the hot, yellow thing in the sky, and do a mud check (still there!)

Gonna slap on some sunscreen and forrage for food, methinks.

Okay, if that's your tent it's awesome. Loving the double jolly roger if that's what it is. =p

Someone seems to have mistaken your tent for a bathroom though.
